The Methodology
InPRIME uses a logical and in-depth methodology comprising two phases:
- Plan
Objective: To draw out the scope of the entire project, define metrics/performance indicators, select tools and techniques, finalize timelines and asses technical feasibility before capturing the requirements. It levels the expectations of all stakeholders involved
- Define
Objective: To capture the business processes within the scope of the BPM implementation and systematically analyze issues to arrive at the desired set of process models and associated business rules
