The Client
A leading international bank with operations in more than 60 countries implemented Salesforce at its Business Banking unit. The application was deployed in Romania, the Czech Republic, Poland, Germany, Turkey and The Netherlands.
Challenge
The bank engaged with Infosys to address several issues:
- Develop multiple functionalities across the sales module based on the requirements of different branches of the bank
- Implement the marketing module with special emphasis on campaign management
- Integrate Salesforce with SSO
- Integrate Salesforce with Outlook and Lotus Notes
- Support teams working on the integration of Salesforce with Know Your Customer (KYC)
- Reports and dashboards
Our Solution
Infosys implemented the solution in a phased manner. The project had three releases:
