The Infosys Certification for IT Project Management is a learning solution to help IT organizations develop project management competencies of-

Process of Certification 
IT organizations can register employees for the program with our local representatives. Based on mutually agreed terms and conditions, you can nominate a list of participants for the program. The participants will be provided with course material, articles and resources.
Grading and Certification
The grading process follows a simple four-point system to assess the level of competency. The grade is coupled with a recommendation for further action:
- A+ → Excellent. Recommendation → None (Ready to practice)
- A → Good. Recommendation → Continuous learning/ practice
- B → Fair. Recommendation → Identify competency areas for improvement and focused coaching
- C → Requires additional training. Recommendation → Specialized training needed
A certificate is provided to participants by Infosys Technologies with grading details.
Re-examination
The participant/ nominating organization can act on the grading recommendation. Infosys partners with organizations for customized programs to suit the needs of participants who require additional training.
Re-certification
Participants are expected to practice the concepts learnt at their workplace. If they do not have the opportunity to implement the learning, we recommend re-certification at intervals of three years.
