Infosys' Enterprise Operations services include 24/7 operations support for enterprise applications such as SAP. We offer SAP Basis administration services for enterprises. SAP Basis services include SAP help desk, basis administration, environment support and SAP Security services. Our services cover:
- User admin and security management: Password management, role authorization, change management
- SAP Basis Administration: SAP environment monitoring, back-ups and batch jobs, database refreshes, dump analysis, vendor management
- Transport management: Transport management in DEV & QA, emergency transports, transport sequencing and problem resolution
- Interface management: Print and spool queue monitoring, external print system management, fax and mail interface management
These services are offered on a 24/7 basis, using Infosys' Global Delivery Model.
