What is InStep?
InStep is a global internship program for students from the best academic institutions around the globe. It allows students to gain first-hand experience while working on live business and technical projects.

Where does InStep take place?
InStep interns mainly work in the corporate headquarters of Infosys at Bangalore, India. From time to time, internship positions are available in Infosys' offices worldwide such as United Kingdom, Japan, Canada and the United States of America.

Why choose InStep?
Interns have an opportunity to interact with the top management of Infosys. Apart from the opportunity to work on real projects, InStep interns gain international exposure while working in a foreign business environment with other global interns. This is what we feel makes the internship program special.

Are InStep interns paid?
The interns are provided a monthly student trainee allowance to take care of all the living costs. This allowance is structured according to the cost of living in the region that the intern is based in during the internship period. InStep interns working out of India are entitled to airfare, accommodation, food and transportation within the city.
