In its 2nd year now, the InStep Business Plan competition had 11 teams breaking new ground for a month. The Smart Energy team won the competition with its solution to optimize energy in commercial buildings.

Life of an intern at Infosys is dynamic. While on an internship of 4-12 weeks, InStep interns lead a life of work and play. On offsite locations, the interns are accommodated at Infosys' guest houses with easy access to all the facilities on campus. An intern's day at work typically ends with a game of basketball, tennis or snooker, a dip in the pool or a workout at the state-of-the-art gymnasium.
