Infosys was the first Indian IT company to establish an office to manage and drive all initiatives dealing with diversity and inclusion. Today Infosys has employees from over 70 countries and women constitute more than 32% of our workforce.

In order to engage talent from diverse social and cultural backgrounds, the InStep program partners with the best-in-class academic institutions across different geographies. In alignment with this strategy, during 2008-2009, InStep had interns from the following nationalities:
