Hello, my name is Kimberly Munoz. I am an undergraduate at Claremont McKenna College. Before coming to India and working for Infosys, I had heard about Infosys' leadership in the Indian IT industry. While it is one thing to read 'The World is Flat', it is another to work in the company that inspired it. When you come to India through the InStep program, you are fully-immersed in a value-additive project for Infosys with goals based on your background. The community of mentors and international interns create a great atmosphere as you adapt to Indian culture. After completing my eighth week at Infosys, not only have I learned new skills related to my project but also how to operate a new globalized world.
