Well, I'm here this week looking at the projects in business rather than the technology projects, and it's really an exciting week for me. First time I've visited Infosys itself the campus is a very buzzy place, and I would really recommend this InStep program to any potential intern. It's an exciting thing to visit Infosys and the projects, they are all real projects. They are not projects which are invented to keep someone out of mischief for two months. They are invented to solve real business needs and there is real deliverable. And the mentors are busy people; they wouldn't be doing this if they didn't real care quite a lot about the deliverable and putting it into practice. So, it's a great program and I have been very impressed by projects I have seen this week and also by the amount of time which the mentors are willing to put in. They do that partly, partly for altruistic reasons and benefit of the company, but they also do it because these projects are about real things real business issues which they are very keen to follow up.
