The Infosys' InStep program is truly a world-class experience for interns with one of the leading IT companies in the world. I was really struck by the very high quality of the projects that are proposed for the interns. These are not just toy projects but projects which are very much in line with the overall business goals of the organization and will give the intern a tremendous experience with the cutting-edge projects or issues in the software industry. An added bonus for interns of the InStep program is to experience India and to get first hand view of the software industry that is currently so successful in India and at the same time, enjoy the hospitality of the Instep team.
