IT was a key pillar for the success of this merger. There was a need to expand the infrastructure globally, starting with integration of ERP systems. Hence, an Oracle transformation program was embarked upon with Infosys as a strategic partner, with a relationship of over 15 years.

In the videos, Balaji Rangaswamy (Vice President, Enterprise Solutions, Ricoh Americas) and Gail Guilotte (Vice President, Application Designs and Development, Enterprise Solutions, Ricoh Americas) talk about the value that Infosys brought to bear on the successful integration, leading to a “perfect implementation”.
