Infosys is a leader among Oracle services providers according to 'The Forrester Wave™: Oracle Services Providers, Q2 2011' report.
In a 68-criteria evaluation of Oracle services providers, Forrester recognized Infosys as having "one of the world’s leading Oracle services practices". The report cites Infosys as a leader among Oracle service providers for the breadth and depth in implementation and Application Maintenance Services (AMS) as well as low-cost delivery resources. It recognizes Infosys’ practices related to Oracle products, and key areas of investment including initiatives around Fusion, and Centers of Excellence (CoEs) for industry-specific solutions and training.
On a scale of zero to five (where five is the highest), Infosys received the highest score possible 5/5 on parameters such as overall client satisfaction, implementation, Oracle alliance, and key areas of investment.
"Infosys continues to grow its strategy consulting", states the report. It highlights our expertise across banking and financial services, high technology, discrete manufacturing, and retail. "Infosys was one of the first to achieve the exclusive Diamond Partner status and continues to be a leading partner for R&D and co-development for Oracle solutions," the report adds.
Forrester evaluated 14 global services providers having more than 2,000 Oracle practitioners and registering US$ 200 million in revenue from Oracle services. Service providers were assessed through provider surveys, executive strategy briefings and client reference surveys across the Oracle applications portfolio and strategy.
