Keerthana Mainkar

Keerthana has specialized in SAP security controls (business process controls, access controls and IT general controls). She has participated in and led many SAP security audits (pre- and post-implementation) covering all security aspects in India for various clients of PwC. Keerthana has developed several work programs for SOX compliance which have been successfully deployed in various SOX projects implemented by Infosys.

Prior to Infosys, she worked in the Operations and Systems Risk Management division of PricewaterhouseCoopers (PwC).

Keerthana is a Chartered Accountant (equivalent to CPA) and a Certified Information Systems Auditor (CISA). Based at Infosys, Bangalore, she manages the Enterprise Risk Management Services from offshore.

Mauro Romano

Mauro Romano, with 16 years' experience in operational and executive positions in sales, finance and audit, has been managing and building the internal control and assurance organization of ABB Switzerland. He has led the SOX compliance implementation project at ABB Switzerland for the past three years.

 

Before joining ABB Switzerland's country organization he was an audit manager within the corporate internal audit organization where he gained experience in financial audit, compliance and internal control. Mauro is a Certified Internal Auditor (IIA).
