Santosh Jamadagni

Santosh has helped customers achieve process standardization across geographies. He has also helped them to consolidate and harmonize the processes across business lines/channels to achieve pre-defined process objectives. Santosh helped standardize, for a Hi-Tech company, the procurement processes for strategic suppliers across the product range, minimizing cost of procurement.

Currently, as an integration manager, Santosh is helping a large CPG company integrate two disparate sets of business processes in supply network. Supply network processes include order acquisition/management, purchasing and shipping. Santosh is based at Infosys' Chicago office.

Ravi Hossur

Ravi has led the logistics domain in Creation, Rollouts and enhancing Global Templates and implementing them in a large Automotive OEM. Ravi has implemented various SAP modules to address business requirements in Procure-to-Pay, Order-to-Cash, Production- to-Stock and Production-to-Order. He has worked on SAP implementation projects in Hi-tech, process manufacturing, automotive and capital-intensive projects. He has worked in several capacities in SAP implementations such as Team Lead, Transition Manager and Principal Consultant. Currently, Ravi is responsible for SAP solutions to address the challenges faced by companies.

Eric Rich

Eric Rich's expertise lies in managing and implementing ERP-driven Business and IT Transformation Programs, which includes leadership of solution / business case development, analysis-design-build, integrated testing, project management, change management / training, implementation cutover / support, and long-term maintenance transition.

 

He has 15 years' consulting experience in helping clients achieve process improvement, IT cost reduction and business transformation through the implementation of complex enterprise-application solutions, with specialization in SAP. Eric has process and industry expertise in supply chain areas, focused on bulk supply and order-to-cash processes for petroleum refined products, crude, and lubricants/ specialty products. Eric is focused on Business Development, Practice Development, Client Relationship/Strategic Account Management, and provides leadership for some complex engagements Infosys is involved in.
