Infosys wins NASSCOM-India Today Award for Gender Inclusivity
Infosys won the first NASSCOM-India Today Woman Corporate Award for excellence in gender inclusivity at the NASSCOM-IT Women Leadership Summit 2007 at Bangalore. The award honors the initiatives and best practices of the Infosys Women’s Inclusivity Network (IWIN) to facilitate gender empowerment and leadership development.
IWIN recognizes the unique aspirations of women by providing avenues for their professional and personal development. Today, women constitute more than 30% of Infosys’ workforce.
