Infosys listed on Forbes' Asian Fabulous 50
Infosys has been listed for the fourth consecutive year on the Forbes Asian Fabulous 50. This list is a compilation of the biggest listed companies from the Asia-Pacific region with revenues or market capitalization of at least $5 billion, based on long-term profitability, sales and earnings growth, stock price appreciation and projected earnings.
Among the 10 Indian companies on the list, Infosys was one of the two technology companies that made the list. The fact that Infosys has managed to win 170 new clients in addition to retaining old business during the downturn has worked in the company's favour.
The listing states that non-linear growth and better utilization of resources are factors that IT companies will need to adopt in order to boost overall growth.
