Infosys wins Sears Holding Corporation's Partners in Progress award
Infosys won the Sears Holding Corporation's Partners in Progress award for the second time in a row. The annual award is presented to a select group of supplier companies that provide Sears Holdings with quality products and services. It recognizes suppliers for product or service quality, innovation, diversity and overall market performance. Less than one percent of Sears Holdings' more than 41,000 suppliers earn the coveted award.
In a letter to Infosys CEO Kris Gopalakrishnan, Sears Holding Corporation's interim CEO and President Bruce Johnson says, "Sears Holdings recognizes the importance of collaborating with our supplier partners. For it is through partners like you, that we are able to enhance our capabilities, better serve our customers and grow profitably. Going forward, together we must continue to strive for greater efficiency and effectiveness."
