Satyendra Kumar
Senior Vice President, Quality, Tools and Software Reuse, Infosys
With over 25 years of experience in the industry, Satyendra is responsible for quality and productivity improvement, customer satisfaction measurements, mobilization for improvements and Business Process Management (BPM) at Infosys. He has been instrumental in the creation of various innovative frameworks, models, and approaches to improve quality within the organization.
Satyendra is on the jury of Wisconsin Forward Award and was honored by the Governor of Wisconsin for his contribution in 2008. He has served as a Director on the Executive Board of the QuEST Forum from 2006-08 and chairs the India hub for the forum. He is a member of national committees such as the CII National Committee on 'services quality' and the BIS National Committee on 'software systems'.
Satyendra holds a master's degree in electronics.
