Tan has over 23 years of industry experience. Tan brings with him extensive experience in technology, project and people management and customer interaction. Tan's experience ranges from systems and applications programming on a variety of computing platforms to client partnering, operations management, business development and strategy definition.
Tan has been a key contributor to the competency development initiative at Infosys. Prior to his current role, Tan was the delivery head of Infosys' Communication Service Providers unit.
Tan holds a degree in electronics engineering from Bangalore University.
