Infosys CEO Visits Clients and Staff in Australia

Infosys Technologies CEO S. Gopalakrishnan (Kris to his colleagues) visited Australia during November 2007 to meet with staff, clients and media.
During the visit, Kris was an honorary guest at a Global Foundation Lunch where he discussed the changes in the global marketplace over the last decade, including the opening up of economies, increasing movement of people and automation of services. He also spoke about the entry of India and China into the global market.
Kris took over the role as CEO on June 22, 2007. He plays a key role in defining the company strategy and in using technology and innovation continuously to maintain Infosys' leadership in the industry.
