To stay ahead in the business and enjoy long-term success, Infosys cannot limit itself to its core business. The key is to master a unique strategy. The company has already set the ball rolling by bringing out a massive directorial change. Under the banner of EdgeVerve, the company segmented its products, platforms and solutions business, spearheaded by Sanjay Purohit, the new CEO. According to Sanjay, the company needs to embrace design thinking “in a very big way” as part of this approach.
