Differently abled employees make Infosys a winner

Infosys BPO was awarded the ‘Best Employer in Disability’ by The Ministry of Social Justice and Empowerment, Government of India. The award, presented by the President of India, honored Infosys BPO for its policy of attracting and encouraging differently abled employees.

 

Infosys BPO is the largest employer of disabled individuals in the Business Process Outsourcing industry. The company aims at increasing its headcount of differently abled employees to 5% of the total workforce by April 2009.

 

Infosys BPO also organized a walkathon to celebrate ‘Disability Week’ on December 3.
