Infosys women take the lead

Infosys Women Inclusivity Network (IWIN) hosted the first Women in Leadership Forum organized by the Conference Board, India. It was attended by women leaders, board members and presidents of leading Indian and multinational companies.

 

The forum discussed the importance of diversity and work-life balance in the business world. It held discussions on bridging the gender gap through role models, developing skill sets for success, mentoring and coaching networks and mastering corporate culture.
