The 2nd Infosys BPO Summit 2009 on August 12-14 at the Marriott Waterfront Hotel (Baltimore, Maryland) brings together thought leaders, client executives, analysts and Infosys’ leadership. At the event, they will debate, discuss and share ideas, initiatives and strategies that will drive the BPO industry in the next few years.
The theme of the Summit is ‘Through the Looking Glass’, Lewis Carroll’s sequel to ‘Alice in Wonderland’. The theme reflects the situation of the global economy as it is today.
The agenda will focus on some of the burning issues that the BPO industry faces today. It will hold a looking glass for leaders to go beyond the obvious. Apart from burning issues, we will also discuss new and innovative business and partnership models, specifically the strategies that organizations should adopt to move beyond G&A costs, human capital management, building a world-class talent pool, among others.
