In the report, Forrester evaluates Salesforce.com (SFDC) implementation service providers across 46 criteria. Infosys was recognized as "a strong choice for firms seeking salesforce.com expertise, particularly when the overall need for help spans SFDC and other applications (like Microsoft, Oracle, and SAP)."
The report highlights Infosys' breadth and depth of SFDC deployment experience across banking, consumer packaged goods, high-tech, discrete manufacturing, and media.
In addition, Forrester recognizes Infosys' focus on large and complex deployments with approximately half of the total projects at US$ 1 billion companies.
