Rich's presentation will detail out the effective and innovative approach taken by SunTrust in implementing a Enterprise level Test Center of Excellence. He will talk about the distinct advantages of a TCoE Model, the models ability to drive collaborations with business stakeholders, quality improvements, greater efficiency and reduced costs.

The presentation will capture information on the process adopted by SunTrust to centralize their entire Testing services across various lines of business, the governance structures put in place for this model and value reporting mechanisms. Finally, Rich will detail out both the lessons learned and future plans that they have for the SunTrust TCoE model.

Xilinx, the inventor of FPGA (Field Programmable Gate Array), partnered with Infosys to build an enterprise-wide collaboration platform to enable significant improvement in productivity of internal technical support resources along with increased timeliness and quality of solutions. The result was a positive impact on the customer technical support experience, Xilinx's core business.

This presentation will focus on how IT leaders can derive significant business value from incorporating Web 2.0 and social media capabilities inside the enterprise as a complement to traditional transaction-based processes to benefit employees, partners and customers.
