Enable you to setup a Technology Competency Center (TCC) (also called "Center of Excellence") to provide the necessary governance, guidelines, standards and best practices to the application portfolio teams to implement new technologies across the enterprise. The TCC will also provide a common governance framework for various technologies, process for ensuring compliance with the defined standards and principles, review and consultation, education and training, and ensure alignment with Enterprise Architecture and IT strategy.
