Jan Kubin is the COO and Member of the Board of Raiffeisenbank, Czech Republic. In this position, he is responsible for the operations and customer service divisions, and shares responsibility for the bank's transformation program based upon the implementation of new core banking system. He joined Raiffeisenbank as the CFO in 2004, and was responsible for the merger and integration process with eBanka in 2006-2008.

Peter Nikonovich is a Managing Director in PricewaterhouseCoopers' Financial Services Advisory practice. Peter has over 23 years of experience working with large financial institutions across technology, product design, strategy and operations predominantly in retail and commercial banking as well as the credit card sub-sector.

Mr R.K. Saraf heads the Global IT Centre of State Bank of India, the largest bank in India.  The scale and complexity of IT implementations in State Bank Group with all its 16000 branches on Core Banking and ATM and kiosk population slated to touch 25000 by March 2010, have few parallels globally.  Mr Saraf has been closely involved since 1987 in rolling out and managing many large scale computerization projects in the Bank.

Tim is MyState Financial’s General Manager of Business Systems and is responsible for technology strategy and operations, back office operations, business improvement and major projects.  In addition he is also currently the acting CEO of MyState  Financial.

Clive Elliott has worked in financial services for most of his career, and spent 30 years with Barclays Bank plc in a range of senior management and Executive roles including corporate banking, retail banking, and change management. Prior to leaving Barclays in 2006 he was UK Change Director.

Has a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from Instituto Tecnológico Autónomo de México (ITAM), and a Master’s degree in Business Administration from Insituto Panamericano de Alta Dirección de Empresas (IPADE). Other graduate studies include Corporate Finance diploma degree at ITAM; and currently he is participating in a special program at Harvard Business School.

Debbie Bianucci is President and Chief Executive Officer of BAI, a leading professional organization devoted exclusively to improving the performance of financial services companies through strategic research, information, education and training. She is also a member of the Board of Directors of the Chicago-based organization.

Don Free is a Research Director at Gartner, where he is part of the banking segment for financial services. His research focuses on core banking processing and system technologies as applied to the financial services industry. Mr. Free has more than 25 years of experience in information technology within financial services.

Hervé Barbazange is Deputy CEO of BRD – Groupe Société Générale; since Sept. 2005. BRD is the second largest and most profitable financial institution in Romania, with a market share of about 16%, 940 branches and more than 9.000 employees. BRD is active in retail banking, capital markets, corporate banking, asset management, securities services, life insurance and pension funds.

In his role as HP’s Chief Technologist for the Financial Service Industry segment, Larry is responsible for leading the technical strategy in this industry, collaborating with industry solution managers, and representing HP at industry events and forums.

T. V. Mohandas Pai is Member of the Board and Director-Human Resources, Education and Research and Administration. Mohan joined Infosys in 1994 and has served as a Member of the Board since May 2000. He served as the Chief Financial Officer from 1994 to 2006. In 2006, he voluntarily remitted the office of CFO to lead efforts in the areas of Human Resources and Education & Research.

Olga is the Chief Information Officer of Grupo Bancolombia since 2006. She has more than 20 years of experience in the ICT sector. Previous to joining Bancolombia, she spent eight years in Orbitel, one of Colombia’s leading Telecommunications companies where she was Director of Customer Service, Director of Marketing Operations and Director of Domestic Sales.

Sanjay is the Managing Director and CEO of IDBI Intech Ltd., which is a premier IT services company in BFSI segment.
