Finacle Conclave 2011, the banking leadership forum of Finacle in its sixth year, was hosted at Hotel Arts, Barcelona. It brought together 113 senior leaders from across 33 countries. The forum once again convened a power-packed summit of thought leaders and visionaries from the world of finance and banking. True to the tradition of excellence it has set and nurtured over the years, Finacle Conclave facilitated the sharing of best practices through interactive sessions ranging from presentations to thought-provoking panel discussions.
Spread over 3 days and hosted at the luxury hotel in the heart of Barcelona city, Finacle Conclave 2011 focused on the theme of ‘Tomorrow’s Banking, Today’ with the aim to foster discussions around the vision for today’s banking world to chart its course for tomorrow.
Finacle Conclave 2011 began on Sept 12 with a special address on ‘Building Blocks of Tomorrow’ by Magnus Lindkvist, a trendspotter & futurologist. Mike Harris, CEO of Garlic Ltd. spoke on the theme of building tomorrow’s banking and S.D Shibulal, CEO & MD, Infosys, delivered the keynote address on ‘Building Tomorrow’s Enterprise’.
