Performance tuning from Finacle is designed to enable the customer to derive optimal system performance from the Finacle suite of solutions. These services help identify potential performance bottlenecks and recommend changes, for immediate implementation. This is facilitated by the creation of a detailed analysis report and a subsequent advisory proposal for the bank.
The approach adopted is to primarily identify bottlenecks in the Oracle or MSSQL database, operating systems, networks, storage infrastructure and the Finacle application. Recommendations and suggestions, if any, for corrective action are forwarded to the bank, to achieve best possible outcome from the system. This empowers the bank to use the existing system to maximum threshold or output, resulting in optimized Return on Investment (ROI).
