Qualification:
Full-time university degree
Experience/Skills:
- Experience of working with Big 4 consulting firms / boutique SAP consulting firms / SAP AG consulting division in SAP consulting space
- Has managed large SAP programs
- Hands-on experience in SAP configuration, customization, detailed understanding of business requirements and translating them into functional design and blueprint
- Ability to design the program road map, conversant with ASAP implementation methodology, global template and rollout strategies. Understands SAP tools and templates
- SAP functional module certification (SAP-certified solution consultant). Understanding of entire SAP product stack across ERP, SCM, CRM, BI, NW, etc
- Good knowledge in the emerging technology trends such as SAP eco-systems. Engaging customer in a technical conversation on SAP product technology strategy / road map (eg: SAP MDM or BI/BO product direction and road map for customers)
- KPIs: Willing to take bottomline for an entire portfolio of existing SAP services customers plus new prospective customers with overall responsibility for revenue, revenue growth, profitability, customer satisfaction, new account wins
- Understands governance, roles and responsibilities, critical success factors and multi-vendor program structures
- Has worked with globally distributed teams during the pursuit process
- Inspire confidence in key customer stakeholders as a hands-on SAP technical person who has a firm grip on the overall solution design
- Has participated / led large SAP services sales pursuits for implementation / rollout / upgrade / maintenance and support services. Has played the role of SAP services bid manager / pursuit manager and has managed SAP services pursuits
- Has the ability to manage RFI/RFP/Orals/BAFO process in competitive scenario involving Tier-1 global SAP services firms
- Familiarity with effort estimation models for SAP functional and technical work packets and ability to come out with winning commercial models
- Excellent articulation, documentation and presentation skills to CXOs, strong leadership and drive with sharp commercial acumen, tremendous energy, attention to detail, and ability to perform under pressure while multi-tasking among several high profile/high-priority responsibilities
- Native/ near native German. Ability to conduct business meetings / workshops in fluent German with excellent written German skills
- Ready to travel
