Infosys honored for relationship management at RMMY awards

Infosys won the RMMY 'Best in Show - Best Overall Relationship Management Capability' award of the Outsourcing Institute Opens in a new window and Vantage Partners Opens in a new window. The award recognizes excellence in customer relationship and governance by outsourcing service providers.

Infosys received the honor in the large provider category for our holistic approach to relationship management, robust processes and use of analytics to continually improve performance.

"Congratulations to Infosys. They went above and beyond to demonstrate the structured, systematic, repeatable ways they manage relationships holistically," said Frank Casale, CEO, Outsourcing Institute. "Our judges noted that Infosys' application, once again, described their view of relationship management as a long-term process integrated with their customers' business goals and Infosys' goal to move beyond being just a reliable provider of services," he added.

Infosys won the inaugural RMMY award for customer relationship management in 2008 and top honors in two categories in 2009.
