Corporate Actions Real-Time Engine
Infosys’ Corporate Actions solution (iCARE) framework is a robust, modular, customizable, quick-to-implement solution framework. The iCARE solution repository (industry reference process models) has adapted a Business Process Management framework for business process flow definition. Our proprietary repository of ready-to-use reference industry process models significantly minimize implementation time for custom development of a corporate actions solution or customization of an off-the-shelf package by reducing the time for solution requirements definition.

The iCARE solution framework uses a workflow and rules-based approach. The 'intelligent hub' provides a framework to compare and consolidate data feeds from various sources and delivers certified corporate actions (“golden copy”) to the respective downstream consuming applications (internal and external). Powered by a flexible rules engine and business process management framework, the hub delivers certified corporate actions as a web service. The solution framework uses a Service-oriented Architecture, enabling flexibility in integration of applications across multiple platforms. It is scalable and can be easily integrated with existing corporate actions packages/ systems, front-office portfolio management systems, back-office settlement and record-keeping systems.
