He cites the example of the Infosys Sports Destination portal that integrates with the daily interactions of customers. The portal incorporates social networking to facilitate group interaction, and opens revenue streams through advertising and targeted commerce.
Jeremy adds that CSPs and wireless companies must transform themselves by adopting an open innovation ecosystem that fosters collaboration with partners. They must focus on content while partners address the challenges of multiple devices and operating systems, testing and development.
