Infosys enables BT to rapidly launch high-speed broadband

Infosys partnered with British Telecom (BT), one of the world’s leading providers of communications solutions, to roll out its ADSL MAX service. The service enables subscribers to access a bouquet of services such as simultaneous TV, gaming, video and music downloads at speeds of up to 8 Mbps.
With time to market being a decisive factor in the competitive marketplace, Infosys developed an Operations Support System (OSS) for the downstream rate-adaptive ADSL technology.
After its successful implementation, Infosys is now partnering with BT to offer new services through the Infosys Application Factory for converged services.
