Lifetouch takes a big leap from B2B to B2B2C
Lifetouch National School Studios Inc., a leading portrait photography company in the United States and Canada, partnered with Infosys to understand its customers better. The company implemented the Sterling Commerce Multi-Channel Fulfillment Suite for a consolidated view of its customers on the sell side and an integrated view of order pipelines, inventory of images and lab capacity on the fulfillment side.
Infosys revamped the Order Management System of Lifetouch by migrating from a Business-to-Business model to a ‘Business-to-Business-to-Consumer' model. The new business model enabled Lifetouch to handle larger volumes and enhance customer satisfaction. Our solution enabled the company to expand the product/package assortment, enhance merchandizing hierarchy and improve flexibility and consistency in packages, products and pricing. In addition, it helped Lifetouch streamline and synchronize studio activities and order processing.
