Infosys, the preferred choice of retailers: RIS LeaderBoard
Infosys has been ranked # 1 by global retailers in the RIS IT Services LeaderBoard 2010. Infosys emerged the leader based on a weighted average of scores across seven categories. Infosys was voted # 1 in integration capabilities and recommendation; # 2 in domain expertise, depth of offerings, 'meeting expectations', and strategy and innovation; and # 3 in 'on time and on budget' delivery.
Since 2001, the RIS LeaderBoard series has gauged the pulse of the industry by inviting retailers to evaluate IT service providers. The independent survey provides a head-to-head ranking of IT service providers based on customer satisfaction scores. In the 2010 survey, 70 retail companies evaluated 32 IT service providers.
The latest RIS IT Services LeaderBoard research report states that service providers can strengthen partnerships with retailers to avoid disruption during transformational projects.
