" We chose Infosys probably a little different route than other companies do. We hired a new Director of Supply Chain Systems who had experience with Infosys in his prior job with Rockport. So we trusted him that he already had developed a relationship with Infosys and he suggested that, that would be a great way for us to go. And we started slowly - we brought in two people and they helped us develop a great relationship, and we….its been…grown along with that relationship to where we are today.

One of our strategies is to have a very tight relationship with out user community and IT, so we feel that they're partners, and we brought Infosys into that relationship as well, so our user community is as comfortable working with Infosys as ourselves, and we don't feel threatened by that.
