Sudha Murty
Sudha Murty is the chairperson of the Infosys Foundation. Mrs. Murty has an M.E. (Electrical) from the Indian Institute of Science, Bangalore. She started her career as a Development Engineer with TELCO (now Tata Motors). She taught Computer Science to B.Sc. and M.C.A. students at a college affiliated with the Bangalore University.
Mrs. Murty is a prolific writer in Kannada and English. She is a columnist for English and Kannada dailies with 30 books and 136 titles to her credit - novels, travelogues, technical books, and memoirs. Her body of work in Kannada has been published in several Indian languages. Mrs. Murty has been honored with awards for her philanthropic and literary activities.
Srinath Batni
Srinath Batni has been on the Infosys Board of Directors since May 2000. Mr. Batni received a master's degree in Mechanical Engineering from the Indian Institute of Science, Bangalore.
Mr. Batni is the Head of Delivery Excellence and serves on the Board of Infosys China and Infosys Australia. He has held leadership positions including Group Co-Head, Worldwide Customer Delivery; Head, Delivery (GCARE); and Head, Strategic Groups and Co-Customer Delivery.
Sudha Gopalakrishnan
Sudha Gopalakrishnan has a bachelor's degree in Economics from Kerala University.
Mrs. Gopalakrishnan is also a trustee and joint founder of 'Pratiksha', a voluntary organization focusing on education and healthcare, along with her husband, S. Gopalakrishnan, Executive Co-Chairman, Infosys.
Mrs. Gopalakrishnan is involved in women's issues, especially related to the girl child. Apart from social service, her areas of interest include art and painting.
