Hello, my name is Kimberly Munoz. I'm an undergraduate at Claremont McKenna College. Before coming to India and working for Infosys, I had heard about its leadership in the Indian IT industry. But while it's one thing to read The World is Flat, another to work in the company that inspired it. When you come to India through the InStep program, you are fully-immersed in a value-adding project for Infosys with goals based on your background. The community of mentors and international interns create a great atmosphere to learn Indian culture. After completing my eighth week at Infosys, not only have I learnt new skills related to my project, but how to operate in a new globalized workplace.
