Project Experience
Projects are the core of the InStep experience. Team InStep evaluates each project submitted by mid-level and senior leaders for their rigor, efficiency, and learning opportunities provided for the intern. In 2009, we sought external evaluation of our projects from Prof. Patrick Barwise, London Business School and Dr. Sunil Prabhakar, Purdue University. Our guest evaluators reviewed multiple projects as well as the entire project solicitation and management process, sharing key recommendations. This helped raise the bar in offering more challenging and dynamic projects to students. Today, our in-house quality team assesses project samples each year.
