The financial statements for the year ended March 31, 2009 have been prepared in accordance to International Financial Reporting Standards as issued by International Accounting Standards Board, (IFRS) using April 1, 2007 as the transition date. Until the adoption of IFRS, the financial statements included in the Annual Reports on Form 20-F and Quarterly Reports on Form 6-K filed with the Securities Exchange Commission of the United States of America were prepared in accordance with accounting principles generally accepted in the United States of America (U.S. GAAP).
