Looking inward to develop leaders
The Infosys Leadership Institute is investing in talent to sustain our growth. The Institute’s 337-acre campus in Mysore is the biggest corporate training facility in the world. It is modeled on the ancient Indian gurukul system of gurus imparting training to the next generation of leaders.
The Institute adopts a scientific approach to nurture talent. Leadership skills are distilled and learnt to build a reservoir of talent. We use industrial psychology and advanced psychometrics to identify leaders who share their wisdom and experience to groom future leaders.
