John Kalil, Global Practice Leader, Management Consulting Services

John is a Partner with Infosys and serves as the Global Practice Leader for Management Consulting Services. He began his career with Infosys in 2004 as one of the early partners who launched the consulting services practice and later served as the division's Chief Operating Officer.

He has 17 years of industry experience and as a management consultant in retail and consumer packaged goods industries. Prior to joining Infosys, John headed Supply Chain Strategy for Gap Inc. and held leadership roles at Diamond Technology Partners Inc., and Andersen Consulting.

John holds a bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering from the California State Polytechnic University and master's degree in Operations Research from Stanford University.

Arindom Basu, Practice Leader, Financial Services and Insurance, Management Consulting Services

Arindom is a Partner with Infosys and serves as the Practice Leader for Financial Services and Insurance. He has over 20 years of experience in assisting clients in defining and implementing technology-enabled transformations including core banking, payment and ERP-led supply chain transformations and post-merger integrations. Based in London, Arindom launched the management consulting business for Infosys in Europe in 2001.

Prior to joining Infosys, Arindom was a management consultant with Accenture (formerly known as Andersen Consulting). He has been a consultant for global organizations across Europe, North America, Japan, Australia, India, and China.

Arindom holds a bachelor's degree in Computer Science from the Indian Institute of Technology, Roorkee and a master's degree in business administration from the Indian Institute of Management, Ahmedabad.

Holly Benson, Practice Leader, Organizational Transformation, Management Consulting Services

Holly is a Partner with Infosys and leads the Organizational Transformation Practice that includes organizational change management, learning and strategic human capital management competencies. A 30-year business veteran, she launched the OTP suite when she joined Infosys in 2005. Since then, she has led many organizational transformation programs for complex ERP, M&A, outsourcing, and shared services implementations in the oil and gas, consumer packaged goods, financial services and retail sectors in four continents.

Holly's pragmatic view on organizational change management was featured in the article "The Myth of Buy-In" in the inaugural edition of Infosys' Art & Science Management Consulting Quarterly. She has been a regular speaker at Infosys BPO's Annual Customer Forum, and was recently a featured keynote speaker at the Annual Executive Conclave of a leading energy corporation.

Previously, she spent 18 years with a Fortune 10 oil company, handling a variety of technical and managerial roles. Holly began her consulting career with IBM Business Consulting Services and PricewaterhouseCoopers Consulting.

Holly holds a bachelor's degree with honors in Earth Sciences from the Dartmouth College and a master's degree in Geological Sciences with highest honors from the University of Texas.

Ashish Jandial, Practice Leader, Retail, CPG, Life Sciences and Logistics and Digital Transformation, Management Consulting Services

Ashish is a Partner with Infosys and serves as the Global Practice Leader for Retail, Consumer Packaged Goods and Logistics (RCL). He holds the additional responsibility for Digital Transformation practice.

Ashish began his career with Infosys in 2000 as one of the early members of the Consulting Practice and has seen it evolve over the last decade. He specializes in e-commerce, multi-channel sales, digital marketing, enterprise collaboration and mobility. His 17-year experience includes managing clients in Retail, CPG, Life Sciences, Manufacturing and Healthcare services.

Ashish has led strategy and technology transformation initiatives with Fortune 500 clients in the U.S. and EMEA regions. Prior to joining Infosys, he held several roles in companies including Asian Paints, General Electric and Tata Motors.

He holds a bachelor's degree in Engineering from the University of Pune and a master's degree in Marketing from the University of Mumbai. Ashish is currently based in Plano, Texas.

Jeff Kavanaugh, Practice Leader, High-Tech and Manufacturing, Management Consulting Services

Jeff has over 20 years of industry experience. His expertise spans industry sectors with focus on Hi-Tech, Discrete Manufacturing and Management Consulting.

A certified Lean Six Sigma Black Belt consultant, Jeff began his career with the Infosys Consulting practice in 2005 and later served as the Practice Leader for Product Innovation. He frequently contributes to trade publications and blogs, and has contributed to the book - 'Leadership @ Infosys'.

Prior to joining Infosys, Jeff worked at Texas Instruments, Grant Thornton, and PeopleSoft.

Jeff holds a bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering from the University of North Texas and a master's degree in Business Administration from Rose-Hulman Institute of Technology.

Mandeep S. Kwatra, Practice Head, Energy, Utilities, Communications and Services, Management Consulting Services

Mandeep is a Partner with Infosys and leads the Management Consulting practice in the Consulting and Systems Integration unit for energy, utilities, communications, and service industry sectors.

Currently based in London, Mandeep has served communications and IT industries across India, U.S., Australia, and Europe with service providers, OEMs, and consulting firms for 20 years. He advises clients in next-generation products and services, business processes re-engineering, design and optimization, operations planning, customer service management, IT portfolio assessment and rationalization strategy, and global sourcing strategy.

Mandeep joined Infosys in 1999 and has been associated with the formation of several practices and service lines. He has filed for two patents in the customer services and has contributed to the book - Leadership @ Infosys. He is a regular participant in industry bodies such as TeleManagement Forum, Telestrategies, IEEE, CIO World, and CII.

Mandeep holds a technology degree in Computer Engineering and a post-graduate degree in Business Administration from Punjab University.

Eric Rich, Practice Leader, Process Transformation, Management Consulting Services

Eric is a Partner with Infosys and plays a dual role as the Process Transformation Practice Leader and SAP Global Services Leader. He has over 19 years of management consulting experience and has helped clients improve process, reduce IT costs and achieve business transformation through implementation of complex SAP enterprise application solutions. He has led large SAP programs in the areas of supply chain, order-to-cash, human capital management, and finance.

Eric began his career with Infosys in 2004 as one of the early partners focused on developing Infosys' ERP-enabled business transformation consulting capabilities and service offerings. He has been leading the Process Transformation practice for the past six years and has led some of the most complex SAP transformation engagements Infosys has been involved in. Prior to joining Infosys, he was with PricewaterhouseCoopers and IBM as a leader in the SAP oil and gas practice for 12 years.

Eric holds a bachelor's degree with honors in Business Finance from the University of Texas. Currently, he is based in Dallas, Texas.

Prasad Vuyyuru, Practice Leader, Information Transformation, Management Consulting Services

Prasad has over 20 years of Management Consulting and industry experience in the Retail, CPG and Manufacturing sectors. He focuses on leveraging information to enable rapid growth and realize cost efficiencies.

As a member of Infosys senior-tier leadership, Prasad has been involved in over 30 transformation programs across Business Intelligence (BI), Analytics, Performance Management, Master Data Management (MDM), and Data Governance. He is an expert in sales and operations process transformation, trade promotion, supply chain, store performance, new product introduction, and post-merger integration. Prior to joining Infosys, Prasad worked at Booz & Co.

Prasad holds a bachelor's degree in Technology from the Indian Institute of Technology and a master's degree in Business Administration from the Darden Business School.
