About the Speakers:
Mike Burkett
Vice President, AMR Research, Inc.
Mike Burkett is the leading expert in Product Lifecycle Management and draws on over 15 years of experience in introducing and supporting products from concept to end-of-life.
Mike has conducted significant research on Product Development-related business issues. Recent topics include benchmarking the perfect product launch, the value of PLM and program management in aerospace and defense.
Prior to joining AMR Research, he worked at The Foxboro Co., leading projects in areas like new product cycle-time reduction. Earlier, he was a motion control applications engineer for EG&G.
Mike is a member of the Product Development Management Association (PDMA). He holds a BS in Manufacturing Engineering Technology from Wentworth Institute of Technology and an MBA from Babson College.
Rajiv Puri
Solution Manager, Infosys Technologies
Rajiv Puri has 12 years of consulting and functional experience in the manufacturing industry. Having worked with multinationals from North America, Japan and India before joining Infosys, Rajiv brings a keen understanding of global product development, supply chain management and manufacturing.
As a solution manager at Infosys he consults clients in enhancing Product Development Effectiveness by leveraging Global Product Development.
Rajiv holds a bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering. He also holds a post graduate diploma in management from the Indian Institute of Management Calcutta.
