Light Weight SOA Governance – A Case Study
The IS&T division of ABC Company was facing high maintenance costs due to the proliferation of in-house applications built over a period of time. In addition, the company had to address redundancies and heterogeneity of technical landscape. The fragile point-to-point integration architecture decreased the responsiveness of IT to new business needs. To address these challenges, the company began an SOA exercise. Experts from the SOA Center of Excellence, Infosys, demonstrate, with the help of a case study, how the company adopted SOA governance and addressed issues during adoption.
Deepti Parachuri, Junior Research Associate, Nagarani Badveeti, Technical Specialist, and Dr. Sudeep Mallick, Senior Technical Architect and Researcher, SOA Center of Excellence, Infosys.
