Event overview
Asset efficiency is a key driver for competiveness in manufacturing. Infosys and the Institute for Industrial Management (FIR) at Rhine-Westphalia Institute of Technology (RWTH) Aachen, Germany, recently conducted the first major study in this field.
The objective was to understand the approach of today’s industrial organizations towards Industry 4.0, and to assess its efficiency in using technology to leverage value from their assets. The study inferred that while the automotive industry has the highest maturity in current implementation, it is in danger of being overtaken by other leading industry sectors between now and 2020.
In this 60-minute webinar, experts from Infosys and FIR at RWTH will provide key insights into the steps the automotive industry needs to take to remain competitive in the lead up to Industry 4.0.
Why attend?
Attend this webinar to learn about:
- Market trends and insights into Industry 4.0
- Findings of the first major study in Industry 4.0 and asset efficiency
- Automotive industry and its adoption of Industry 4.0
