Duane Duane has 20 years of experience in customer operations, business intelligence, and real-time Customer Data Integration (CDI). He is also a Subject Matter Expert in customer-centric data architecture and strategies. Prior to joining Infosys, he led open systems BI practice for a smaller consultancy and several other key accounts within the managed analytics competency. He has spoken at numerous marketing conferences such as DMA conventions, NCDM, and DMDays in New York, U.S.

 

Amit Amit has over 14 years of experience in data and information management, including master data management, analytics and collaboration, and social media. He is involved with innovative delivery models such as SAAS, Cloud and non-linear pricing in data management. His expertise spans marketing and sales (campaign management, sales management, e-commerce, and partner management), supply chain management and service management.
