Speaker Profiles
Alex has 18 years of IT experience including 15 years in the Pharmaceutical/ Healthcare sector and 12 years in CRM systems. For the past three years he has worked in an international role, managing Sales related systems for all stages of the systems lifecycle. His is currently the Regional IT Sales Lead for Europe, Canada and China, with accountability for all IT aspects related to local and regional sales solutions. Alex has successful implemented Siebel CRM across Europe and outsourced Level 2 application support.
Aditya has 12 years of IT experience with over nine years in CRM systems. He has worked with various global Life sciences, Insurance and Automotive clients across Europe and Asia in customer relationship and program delivery roles.
