Session Description

Fortune 500 retailers and manufacturers rely on massive IT enterprises that tend to restrict their ability to respond to competition moves, introduce new offerings and adapt to regulatory requirements. This session aims at sharing experiences with thought leaders in these industry segments who have succeeded by defying standard norms of leveraging ERP/ COTS offerings for their warranty, pricing, and merchandizing requirements. In this session, learn to:

  • Identify potential agile spots within enterprises that can be best addressed through PRPC
  • Understand unique solution approaches that address the special needs of large enterprises
